This is self-explanatory. Try to create an unobtrusive and blurred background in order to bring the focus to the foreground image. Adding a glow effect is a good way of blending your foreground image and background together. Once done, you can smudge some strands of hair into the background before finishing off with your signature

As a last effort I simply adjusted the brightness and contrast sliders, saturation levels and played with the colour scheme until I was happy. As you can see the finished image appears more vibrant and stylish as a result of this.Background Final ImageClick for full size
