Polygon ArtLearn how to use the polygon shape tool to produce a great pattern effect for your art work. http://www.zymic.com/tutorials/photoshop/polygon-art/ Step 1
Make a new document. Make a new layer set [ Layer > new > layer set ]
Step 2Make a polygon like below:
Step 3Bring up the blending options and use all of the below options.
Step 4Bring up the blending options and use all of the below options.
Step 5Now duplicate the polygon layer so you have 5 and position the shapes to a similar pattern like below. Please keep all of the layers in the same layer set. 6 sided polygons always link into each other.
Step 6Click the layer set's header (title) in the layers pallet. And then go to [ File > Transform > Perspective ] and transform it to your liking. And resize if you feel like it.
Step 7Duplicate the whole first layer set.
Step 8Set the blending mode for the new set to Linear Burn and opacity to 65%.
Step 9Now experiment, play around and best of all enjoy what you produce! Please comment and give me some feedback =]
